ASSALAMUALAIKUM
firstly I'd like to say thank you so muchies to my dear friend Fareeda for buying 12 tickets in total for us to watch Karah. Though something awkwardness happened earlier before we went to the venue, I'm not gonna talk about that. Whatever it is, Fareeda did try her best to get the tickets, appreciate her effort please.
Okay, let's start talking about 'KARAH The Movie'. When we arrive at Dewan Kuliah Anggerik, the crew was unready. something was wrong with the audio system so we were transferred to Dewan Kuliah Bakawali. My oh my, it was almost full. Good thing Kak Eija, E, Fareeda and I got the 3rd row seat, nice view.
The movie started with a scene a guy looking for his friend named Man. He opened the door to one of the classes in Karah. It was filled with blood. and Man was lying on the floor, smothered with blood! scaryyy!
4 hours before......
"hye nama saya Sam!" said faiz. the main character was recording himself through his own camera. the camera was given by his parents. then he viewed his bedroom, IT WAS FRIGGIN MESSY! then after preparing himself he went to look for his friend Man at his room. before that he saw someone who was at the public phone. He looked sooo NERDY! "jangan la kacau kita, kita nak cakap dgn mak kita," haha it was so cute and funny. after calling Man, they both walk to Karah. but before that they called Bi and Zara to ask where they were.
Bi told that they were at the small, dark food stall. I wonder why they have to be somewhere dark? haiyaa. Sam was still recording until they were infront of Karah to do their assignment. when he recorded Zara's speech (she requested for one) there was an old lady walking behind her. Sam was trembling and start to doubt about their meeting place. Man, Bi and Zara said it was all nonsense and asked him to stop talking about it. not long after that Haziq came. Haziq reminded me of Man (a friend of mine). Once they started the discussion, Haziq said he wanted to go to the toilet.
Man went to look for him with Sam's new camera in his hand. Haziq was quite tanned that scared the hell out of us when he appeared in front of Man all of the sudden. I could even hear some guys screamed. LOL. when both of them get back into the class, Man who denied about what Sam saw previously saw something while he was recording. it was a guy standing behind Sam (i think) who was stabbed and blood all over him. YIKES!
Okay I'm not gonna say no more, you guys should watch it!
It was funny, scary and awesome! what do u expect from a new production team? so I'd say BRAVO to the crew for this short movie!
I'm not being biased but Sam's acting was superb! the part when he was scared, the trembling voice. Naiseu! and Zara's psycho acting !!!! *thumbsup*
There's another preview tomorrow (14th July) Don't miss the chance people :)
