Pastry Test 2011,

today is the day that i was waiting for. Pastry test! the best thing about today is that i didn't recall at all that there's going to be a theory test. i was so focussed on the practical test. and I also have a confession to make. i only jot down the pastry notes once. during choux pastry theory class. i know I'm a bad example. should copy next time. please be 'rajin' girl !

we thought today we'll be doing 3 products just like group F, but it turned out that Sir Sazali wanted us to do Choux Pastry only. PHEW!

*i asked Miss Anne just now about our theory test result. she said that maybe she'll give it next week. she's going to be very busy this week and next week.
