This is one of my frustrating post.
Now I'm in part 3 in Diploma of Culinary Arts and Serving will be a compulsory syllabus for us. to get good grades we need to make up and yes I am not good with make ups. I only buy eyeshadows, blushers because they are cute but not to use them. my lecturer told me that the least that i need is an eyeliner.
My friends and I went to Pekan Dungun to buy the cosmetic stuffs.
We went to watsons. i saw the latest eyeliner from Silkygirl so i thought of trying it over. I paid for it and went for dinner at KFC. I was excited to have a look at my new eyeliner so I opened it. I scroll it up to check it out. but when i want to scroll it down it got stuck because the scroller got loose.
I went back to watsons and ask about it. the cashier opened another package to make sure if it have the same problem or not. guess what? it does. she then asked me to purchase the old version one until she could figure out the problem with the eyeliner.
Dear Silky girl, please do double or triple check ups on your new product. If the whole Malaysia facing the same problem, either the new or the old version will face trouble in marketing it. because there's not much difference on the packaging. think wise and do more experiment or research or whatever until it fulfills the customer needs. isn't that the definition for marketing which you have to take priority in the first place?
be thankful i wasn't so mad that day because I got this cutie pie ;)
